Hostel regulations

1 The prices of the hostel are given in PLN and include 8% VAT.
Prices depend on the season, the number of available places in the hostel and various promotions and the standard of the room.
Guests are bound by prices, which are published and confirmed at the time of booking.

(2) The hostel night starts at hrs. 14:00 and ends at. 11:00.

3. the hostel has a curfew from 22:00 to 06:00.

4. the bar is open at. 07:00 – 22:00.

(5) When checking in at the hostel, it is necessary to present for inspection an identity document (ID card, passport or driver’s license) and the credit card used to make the reservation.

(6) In case of loss of the key, the hostel will charge a penalty of 20 PLN.

(7) In the event of any damage to the hostel, guests will be charged a financial penalty depending on the extent of the damage.

8 It is not possible to transfer a hostel room/bed to a third party.

9. dormitory rooms are coeducational rooms. Each bed in such rooms is for one person only.

10. minors may stay only in private rooms under the supervision of a legal guardian.

(11) In the event of any damage, the guest should notify the hostel reception of its occurrence as soon as it is discovered.

12. categorical prohibition of third parties on the premises of the hostel.

13. if you do not vacate your room/bed on the day of departure by hrs. 11:00 am, and this room/bed is reserved for the next Guests, the hostel staff has the right to enter the room without the Guest’s presence, pack his/her belongings and place them in the luggage room.

14. it is possible to store the luggage of Guests free of charge before the beginning/end of the
Hostel night only on the day of arrival and departure.

15. on the premises of the hostel and in the corridor throughout the building is strictly prohibited smoking tobacco products. In case of violation of this prohibition and activation of the fire alarm, Guests will be charged a fine of 500 pln and additional costs at the time of unjustified call to the Fire Department.

16. on the premises of the hostel is strictly prohibited to consume their own alcoholic beverages, narcotics and psychotropic substances (it is possible to purchase alcohol at the hostel bar).

17. in case of inappropriate and/or aggressive behavior of the Guest, violating the order of the hostel, the dignity of others or their personal rights, the hostel reserves the right to call the Police, the Municipal Police or security personnel and ask the Guest to leave the hostel without refund for any unused accommodation.

18 The hostel may refuse to accept a Guest who is under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.
In this case, the hostel reserves the right to fully or partially withhold the fee due for the guest’s stay.

19 It is forbidden to bring animals to the hostel.

20. the owner of the hostel is not responsible for failures caused through no fault of the hostel (lack of electricity, light, water, etc.).

21 In case of violation of the provisions of these regulations, the hostel may refuse to continue to provide services to the violator. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the demands of the hostel staff, to pay for the services provided so far, and to pay for any damage and destruction done and leave the hostel premises.

22 The hostel does not have guarded parking, and is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to a Guest.

23. a Guest who needs an invoice is requested to inform the Reception at the time of accommodation. We issue invoices no later than 7 days from the date of implementation of the accommodation, on the basis of a receipt from the cash register, having the company’s VAT number.

24 The hostel is not responsible for valuables left in the rooms. Valuables can be left in the depository at the reception for an additional fee of 20 pln. Items left in the room by the Guest after check-out will be stored in the hostel’s warehouse, for 1 week.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

– Breakfast – 30 pln (for dormitory rooms except suites, please inform at check-in)
– Towel – 5 pln/piece. (The hostel charges an additional fee of 15 pln for not returning the towel)
– Washing/drying – 8 pln/piece. (we are not responsible for damage to clothing)
– Ironing – 5 pln
– Bicycles – 5 pln/hour
– It is possible to purchase a late check-out, in case a room is not booked. Willingness to purchase such a service must be reported to the reception no later than 11:00 am. The standard hourly fee is in addition
20 pln/person, max. up to 3 hrs.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
BY PHONE AND EMAIL AND ONLINE

1. when making a reservation by phone and email up to 14 days before arrival, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total reservation is required. When making a reservation through the online system, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount is automatically required. The remaining amount should be paid at the reception of the hostel no later than the day of arrival of guests by card or cash. When making reservations by phone and email less than 3 days before arrival, payment in full by bank transfer is required.

2 The maximum length of stay in the hostel is 2 weeks.

3. payments for phone and email reservations should be made to the account:

In the title, please include the guest’s name and reservation number, with an additional note in case of advance payment. The remaining amount must be paid in cash or by card at the facility.

(4) When making reservations for groups, payment terms may be determined individually for each group.

5. making a reservation is tantamount to acquaintance with the rules and regulations of the hostel.

6th Reservation is confirmed at the time of receipt on account of the hostel advance payment or the entire amount of the reservation.

7 The hotel accepts Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, DinersClub, Discover payment cards.

CANCELLATION TERMS

1. for Individual Guests – in case of cancellation up to 3 days before arrival, we charge an advance payment of 30%.

(2) In case of failure to appear at the hostel on the day of the start of the reservation, the hostel reserves the right to charge for the entire unused stay at the hostel.

(3) For groups booking more than 3 rooms – cancellation conditions will be determined individually for each group.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

1. hostel LOFT 22 makes every effort to ensure that guests’ data are processed with the highest standards of security in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation
dated April 272016. (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016) (hereinafter referred to as RODO).

1) The administrator of your personal data is the LOFT 22 hostel, at 11 November 22 Street, 03-436 Warsaw.

2) the purpose of processing is:

(a) handling of submitted inquiries – based on Art. 6 paragraph. 1(a) RODO – consent of the data subject;

(b) reservation of a hostel room – pursuant to Art. 6 paragraph. 1(a) RODO-consent of the data subject;

(c) performance of the hotel service contract – pursuant to Art. 6 paragraph. 1(b) RODO;

d) marketing of the services of the controller of personal data – on the basis of Article 6.

paragraph. 1(a) of the RODO – subject to the consent of the data subject;

(e) to ensure the safety of persons and property located in the hostel through the use of video surveillance – pursuant to Art. 6 paragraph. 1(f) RODO;

3) Personal data will be stored:

(a) regarding submitted inquiries – for a period of 30 days;

b) concerning bookings – for a period of 12 months from the date of booking;

c) concerning the performance of a contract for hotel services – for a period of 5 years counting from the end of the year in which the hotel stay took place;

(d) processed for marketing purposes – until the data subject’s consent is revoked or the business reason ceases;

e) in video surveillance systems – for 30 days.

4) Recipients of personal data may be:

(a) external accounting firm;

(b) a provider of a reservation platform for hotel services;

(c) companies that provide marketing services;

(d) provider of an application used to send commercial information;

(e) entities entitled to obtain personal data under the law,

5) You have the right to demand from the controller access to your personal data, the right to rectify them, the right to data portability – for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or the performance of the hotel service contract, and to the extent to which you have consented – you also have the right to erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to withdraw consent at any time;

6) You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority;

7) providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in

(a) refusal to provide hotel services – in the case of data processed for the purpose of entering into a contract for hotel services;

b) refusal of the reservation – in the case of booking a room;
